Share the Idea

Submit your 3D CAD files (STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP) or 2D sketches (PDF, PNG, JPG) through our online custom request wizard.

No 3D model? No problem! Upload hand-drawn measurements and our engineering team will assist.

Design & Wall Review

MIBO and our engineering team perform a free feasibility check on wall thickness, overhangs, and load orientation.

We identify potential weak points before printing starts to avoid layer failure.

Approve the Quote

We provide a transparent quotation detailing material cost, print duration, layer height options, and delivery timeline.

Submitting a request is 100% non-binding. You only proceed when you approve the quote.

Print and Finish

Your part is loaded into our high-precision FDM printers in Kolkata using dehumidified filament spools.

Post-processing includes support removal, surface cleanup, and optional threaded insert installation.

Digital Caliper Quality Check

Every item undergoes digital caliper dimensional verification and structural inspection before approval.

Out-of-tolerance parts are re-printed to ensure exact CAD fitment.

Kolkata Studio Delivery

Your finished build is carefully packed and dispatched via local Kolkata courier or prepared for studio pickup.

Receive your unique MSH- tracking code to follow dispatch progress in real time.
