Because all custom 3D prints are manufactured to order according to unique client specifications, standard refunds do not apply to customized items. However, if a part arrives damaged during transport or exhibits dimensional deviation from approved design files, MISHBO provides a 100% free replacement.

2. Replacement Inspection Process

To initiate a replacement review:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email (`contact@mishbo.in`) within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos of the damaged part and outer box.
3. Our Kolkata studio engineering team will re-print and dispatch a replacement part within 24-48 hours free of charge.
