1. Information We Collect
MISHBO collects personal information provided during checkout or custom 3D print request submissions, including name, phone number, email address, shipping address, and uploaded 3D CAD design files (.stl, .obj, .step, images).
2. Confidentiality of 3D CAD Files & Intellectual Property
We strictly respect client intellectual property. All uploaded CAD files, Gerber circuit designs, and custom logos remain 100% proprietary to the client and are used exclusively for manufacturing your ordered parts.
3. Payment & Security
Payment transactions via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and NetBanking are processed through secure, 256-bit SSL encrypted financial gateways. MISHBO does not store full credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
